For the smaller fleet
This website is ideal for the smaller fleets
(up to 250 vehicles). The data is presented in a simple look up
format for a range of profiles.
For the larger fleet
You will most likely want to input your own
data to ensure that the TopCalc data more accurately reflects your
circumstances. A 'user defined' model, TopCalc PLUS, is available
which allows the user to input manufacturer discounts, insurance & capital
funding costs.
The latest data
Using TopCalc, you can be sure that you always
have the latest data. You also get an industry wide perspective
on key data such as residual values. The TopCalc database
is maintained at International Decision Systems Ltd,
whose data is relied on by many automotive companies, so great
care is taken to ensure the data is accurate.
All core data (pricing, specifications, options, technical
etc.) is supplied directly by the manufacturers. Residual
value figures are drawn from our own independently researched
and maintained valuation databases. SMR costs are compiled
in our own detailed SMR database using manufacturer indicated
service and parts costs.
